Currently Reading: The Art of Client Service

We have to admit…we aren’t currently reading The Art of Client Service by Robert Solomon, but it is a book that we reference often.

This book is a common sense outline of tips on how to effectively and successfully deal with clients as a marketing or advertising professional. It breaks down 58 things every advertising & marketing professional should know. However, this book is a great read for anyone, in any industry, that interfaces with clients on any level.
